How can
I join Oasis?
If you are a GLBTQ youth between the ages 14 - 24 and are interested in
attending Oasis, please contact us to set up an intake.

What is
an intake?
During an intake, you will meet with an Oasis staff member to discuss
your interest in Oasis and our community agreements so that you will
feel prepared to come to Oasis during drop-in hours.
Our intake form and community agreements are available below. You
can print out these forms and bring them with you to your intake, or
just review them online.
Staff will make arrangements to meet you in an agreed-upon public
location, like a library or coffee shop, and will bring all necessary
paperwork. You are welcome to bring
a friend or family member to your intake. We conduct intakes at the Tacoma Rainbow Center (741 St. Helens Ave in downtown Tacoma) on Mondays from 3-5 pm. Drop by to learn more about Oasis and the Rainbow Center.
Please contact us to schedule an intake. Staff are available
during the day to answer any questions you might have about
becoming a member.

Oasis open?
Oasis staff members are in the office
and available most weekdays. Drop-in center hours for youth are:
Thursdays 4-10 pm
Fridays 4-10 pm
Saturdays 6-12 midnight
